Head over to pdfmyurl.com and check out how easy it is to turn any website into a pdf document. You don’t need to install anything, everything is done through the web and it’s FREE. They also have a bookmarklet you can drag to your bookmark bar for easy pdf’ing :-). There are also a ton of options available under the advanced options including a juicy wget command that can potentially be scripted to traverse an entire website and turn it into a pdf file ;-).
